Hidden Number Detection
A few years ago, calls with hidden numbers were a major problem, as anyone could purchase prepaid SIM cards even at kiosks. Today, by law, every mobile phone subscriber is required to provide their identity details, ensuring a match between the mobile number and the SIM card in their possession.
Now that this is possible, mobile phone companies have access to the identity details of those using prepaid phones. This means that if someone repeatedly receives calls from hidden numbers, they have a greater chance of identifying who is behind the anonymity.
Respecting the confidentiality of telecommunications, companies record and provide subscribers with information about incoming calls from all networks to their personal phone number for a period not exceeding 15 calendar days, starting two business days from the receipt of the relevant request. For an extended period, a new request must be submitted.
Specifically, with the activation of this service, the ability to hide the caller’s number (regardless of network origin) is neutralized for calls made to the subscriber’s fixed geographic number. The following details about the caller are disclosed: the number, the date, the time, and the duration of the call.
Once the request is approved, the phone owner will be
able to detect hidden numbers. Anyone calling the aforementioned number
during the declared period will hear the following recorded message:
“The subscriber you are calling has activated the hidden number
deactivation service. Your number, the date, the time, and the duration
of the call will be provided to the subscriber you are calling.”
The results we offer are guaranteed and immediate, allowing you to take the necessary actions to put an end to these malicious calls.
